This Halloween, the Barony Players bring to you one of horror’s most enduring icons, in an adaptation of Bram Stroker’s legendary novel.

This new adaptation restores the suspense and seduction of Bram Stoker’s classic novel to the stage. As Count Dracula begins to exert his will upon the residents of London, they try to piece together the clues of his appearances, in a valiant attempt to save themselves from a hideous fate. Rich with both humour and horror, this play paints a wickedly theatrical picture of Stoker’s famous vampire.

Tickets on sale to members from 9am Sat 22nd Aug 26 and the general public from 9am on Sat 5th Sept 26.

One of the most accomplished exploratory mountaineers of all time.  Simon Yates is best known for his role in the harrowing expedition to the Andes documented in Joe Simpson’s bestseller ‘Touching the Void’.  Following that experience in Peru, Simon has been increasingly drawn to places where few others have trod. This talk features spectacular images and film from some of the most remote and rarely visited mountain ranges of the world. From the Arctic to the Antarctic and Alaska to Central Asia – there is hardly a significant range that Simon has not visited.
